-There are many goals of customer service. One is to provide a service to keep the customer coming back. Another would be to make the experience something a person won't forget. Also to have people talking about it to others, which will bring in more business.

How I feel about this project. Do I need to take a more active role? Who is the individual who seems to be taking the lead role?

-I feel like this is a very entertaining and fun project. i enjoying making plans and setting out a organized event. If we were to win i will make sure it is very organized and a fun experience for everyone. I feel as if my group has an upperhand because we are all females. Females are better at planning things and staying organized more than males. We also know how to make things fun and exciting. Guys do not. I have an active role already. I seem to be taking the lead role plus Nya. We are planning out our calendar and the social medias.

What I have learned about myself while working on the College and Career Promotion. Am I a contributing member of my team? What changes can I make to be a more effective team member?

-I learned that i like to get things done before they are suppose to be done and i like to make things sound fun instead of boring. Yes i am a contributing member of my team because i was over all the social medias and got things done on time. Sadly we werent able to use them because the school did not approve it yet. Hopfuly we get to use it in the future. The changes i can make to be more effective team member is communicate with my team more. Not just in class but on social media, text, and phone calls.

Virtual Business....the pros and cons

-The pros of the virtual business is that it teaches you how to make money with how much you buy and stock up on. if you buy too much you lose money. If you dont buy enough you lose money and if you dont pleasde people you lose money. but if you do just fine you maike money and only lose a little but you continue to move up. The cons are that you really can't do much with the free version. You can't buy what you wont, you cant design clothes, you cant pick your own workers or nothing and thats not so fun.
